Can I add videos myself? — Yes. Install the Chrome extension InsightCut, open a YouTube video page, and press ✨ Create insights.
What are points? — a credit spent when a video is turned into insights, one point per minute of video. You get a grant at sign-up and a fresh allowance every day. If processing fails, the points come back. (Paid top-ups are not open yet — the free daily grant applies.)
It keeps saying "processing". — videos are processed in order and can take a few minutes depending on length. If it is stuck for a long time, email us with the video link.
My progress disappeared. — progress is kept on the account you signed in with, so check whether you signed in with a different one. (Records kept without an account live on that device only and reset if you reinstall.)
A video will not play. — some videos are restricted from playing outside YouTube by their owner. Move on to another clip.
